This policy explains how Sentinus handles the personal information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
The contact form collects your name, work email, company or organization, optional phone number and city, province, or region, preferred language, and the message you choose to send. Do not submit confidential greenhouse, employee, customer, or production data.
How we use it
Sentinus uses this information to respond to your request, understand whether the platform may fit your operation, and follow up on the resulting business conversation.
Service providers
When configured, Resend sends contact emails and a dedicated Supabase project stores inquiries for follow-up. These service providers act on behalf of Sentinus and may process information outside Québec.
Embedded video
The pilot video uses a local poster and does not contact YouTube until you choose to play it. When activated, YouTube may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, and device information under its own privacy terms.
Retention and protection
Sentinus limits access to contact requests. Inactive inquiries are reviewed for deletion 24 months after submission, unless they have been marked active, converted, or subject to a legal hold. Automated acknowledgement emails do not extend this period.
Language and essential storage
The website uses separate French and English addresses. It does not require a language-preference cookie, advertising cookie, or analytics cookie.
Your rights
You may ask whether Sentinus holds personal information about you and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. You may also raise a privacy concern using the contact information below.
